Sanakin in dermatology

The autologous treatment of the skin

Completely autologous treatment of skin inflammation and wounds

Using the specially developed Sanakin® technology, an autologous cytokine-rich serum (ACRS) is produced from the patient’s blood. The effect of ACRS is based on the multiplication of the body’s own anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors.

For this reason, Sanakin® is a valuable tool for dermatologists to treat all types of skin inflammation with a completely autologous and thus very well tolerated therapy. The Sanakin® technology can also be used effectively in the field of wound healing.

What is Sanakin® and how does it work?

Sanakin® is a technology used by the treating physician to prepare an autologous cytokine-rich serum (ACRS). The serum is obtained from the patient’s blood. The serum contains high concentrations of positive interleukins for anti-inflammation as well as growth factors. These play a crucial role in tissue regeneration. The finished serum is injected precisely into the skin areas where inflammation is to be suppressed or tissue regeneration is to be supported.

In order to ensure a high level of tolerance, artificial additives are not used at all. The serum (ACRS) is 100% autologous.

Sanakin Wound Healing

Sanakin® in wound healing

In the field of wound healing and scar treatment, the Sanakin® technology is an effective tool for physicians to support regenerative processes of the body. When the patient’s ability to regenerate and heal himself needs to be actively stimulated, the autologous cytokine-rich serum (ACRS) obtained with the help of Sanakin® can provide valuable assistance.

The positive interleukins and growth factors are multiplied and released in the finished serum (ACRS). They can thus specifically support the regeneration processes in the desired tissue area and counteract inflammation 100% autologous and therefore very well tolerated.

The special role of multiplied growth factors

The serum 15-fold amplified epidermal growth factor (EGF), for example, is a protein that, as a growth factor, plays a major role in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation.

The 5-fold amplified fibroblast growth factor (FGF) is one of the signaling proteins that are important and potent regulators of cell growth and differentiation. In the adult organism, FGFs control tissue repair processes and are actively involved in the processes of wound healing and the formation of new vessels (angiogenesis) as well as in the regeneration of nerves.
